21.08.2008 - Czechs, Slovaks remember 1968 Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia
The people of Slovakia and the Czech Repiblic have been remembering
the 1968 Soviet-led invasion.
Czech President Vaclav Klaus is in the Slovak capital of
Bratislava, while Slovak Premier Robert Fico joins Czech
counterpart Mirek Topolanek in Prague for commemoration ceremonies.
