The Global Media Forum, being hosted here in Bonn by Deutsche Welle, has entered its second day. In two days of workshops and talk sessions, conference delegates will be discussing ways to support independent media, as well as sharing their experiences. Nobel Peace Prize laureate Shirin Ebadi spoke at the forum about freedom of expression in her country, Iran, where, she said, repression is on the increase.
